Returns

Although all of our Dubplates are tested before being sent to you occasionally things can slip through our QC.

CUTADUB  guarantees all our Dubplates and we offer to re-cut* any Dubplate that skips or has excessive surface noise. To get a re-cut the Dubplate must be returned to us within one week (7 days) of you receiving it. If we cannot remedy the problem we will give a full refund (less the return postage costs).

If your goods arrive damaged, CUTADUB will offer to either re-cut* and resend your Dubplate or issue a full refund (less the return postage costs) upon receipt of the returned goods to us. 

Please note, if the returned record(s) play without fault on our turntables we will only offer to return that record(s) and no refund or re-cut will be offered. Any re-cuts or refunds are at our discretion.

*This is limited to one re-cut per record.
